The R&D systems are small simple to use manually controlled plasma reactors. Available with different generators and vacuum chamber sizes. They are ideal for university research laboratories and low volume production facilities.

 

The Radical is a budget 3 Liter manually operated table-top plasma system, It is ideal for University research laboratories. The system has a 100 KHz power supply which requires no tuning. Controllable parameters include time, pressure, gas flow and mixture. The aerospace grade aluminum chamber is barrel shaped with a diameter of 127 mm x and length of 203 mm (5” diameter x 8” deep).

 

The IoN 3 has an anodized aluminum chamber. It is ideal for university research laboratories and low volume production facilities. The system has either a 100 KHz or an auto-tuned 13.56 MHz RF power supply. Controllable parameters include time, pressure, power, gas flow and mixture. The IoN3 MHz comes standard with 2 gas flow meters and can process CDA, Oxygen, Argon or CF4 gas. The chamber volume is W 125 mm x H 125 mm x D 175 mm.

 

The IoN 7 is a simple to use manually controlled table-top anodized aluminum chamber plasma reactor. It is ideal for university research laboratories and low volume production facilities. The system has an auto-tuned 13.56 MHz RF power supply with variable output 10 to 300 Watts in single Watt increments. Controllable parameters include time, pressure, power, gas flow and mixture. The chamber volume is W 254 mm x L 254 mm x H 101 mm.
