The last generation of Plasma System PS100 was delivered up until year 2008 and most of the parts are still available.
The Plasma System PS200 was delivered up until year 2007 and most of the parts are still available.
The Plasma System PS210 was delivered between 2007 and 2009 and it was replaced by the GIGAbatch 310M. Parts are still available.
The Plasma System PS300E was the first system with horizontal plasma system, founding the 300 series systems and later the GIGAbatch product line. It was delivered until the mid 90’s, most of the components have become obsolete and so we are no longer able to support this product.
The Plasma System PS300AL was the first system with a motorized door. It was delivered until the late 90’s, most of the components have become obsolete and so we are no longer able to support this product.
PS300 Standard, Semi-Auto
These two types of plasma systems were built and delivered to the customers starting around year 2000. The only difference between the Standard system and the Semi-Auto system is the door mount with a hinged door on the Standard system and a door on a pull out stage for the Semi-Auto. All system parts are still available and these systems are still fully serviceable with the exception of the microprocessor control module, which is part of the T1000 control system. This control module as been announced as obsolete from the manufacturer and we do still have a limited supply of these modules
The plasma system 300AL PC is based on mainly the same hardware as the 300 Standard and Semi-auto. The main difference is the control system, which is a DOS PC on this system. The early systems were delivered with a PC having a 486 processor, which is no longer available and cannot be repaired anymore. The more recent systems starting year 2002 are equipped with a PC with Pentium processor, where parts are still available.
We do offer the upgrade of these systems to the new T5000 controller, which is a state of the art controller module using QNX as the operating system. Please inquire for upgrade cost from our service department.
PS600 Standard, Semi-Auto, AL-PC
The plasma system series600 was developed from the 300 series system, with the difference that the 600 systems are using 13.56 MHz excitation instead of microwave. Same restrictions for the control systems apply as for the PS300 series systems.
PS400 and PS660
These two types of plasma systems were built and delivered to the customers starting around year 2000. The only difference between the 400 and the 660 is the configuration, the PS400 is a table top system and the 660 has a stand alone frame. All system parts are still available and these systems are still fully serviceable.
PS4008, PS4011, PS90
These systems are continued under a different name and are still fully supported:
Any system, which is not listed above, is no longer supported and
in most cases the spare parts have become obsolete and are no
longer available. In some cases we are still able to support.
Please send us an inquiry with the system description and serial
number together with any additional information and picture, when
available. This refers to the RIBetch and CAIBE products.
